General Terms and Conditions General Terms and Conditions Please Read Carefully
- General:
The Terms of Trade govern all orders placed by the customer/applicant/purchaser and apply to and form part of any contract for the supply of goods by Cappuccine Australia Pty Ltd (“the Company”) customer/applicant/purchaser. Acceptance of Sale: An official order in writing is required to confirm your order. By placing an official order for a purchase with Cappuccine Australia Pty Ltd indicates that the purchaser agrees to all our terms and conditions of sale as listed below. Please contact us direct if you have any further enquires before Stock Availability: Some items may not be in stock at the time of placing order and waiting times for goods may vary from 1-2 days and up to 6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer’s commitments. - Payment:
Unless otherwise agreed by the Company in writing, all goods will be supplied on a cash before delivery basis. All equipment/goods remains the property of Cappuccine Australia Pty Ltd until payment has been made in full and all monies have been cleared. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Cheques made out to "Cappuccine Australia Pty Ltd". We also accept Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) or Direct Deposits at an ANZ branch. - GST:
All prices quoted are exclusive of General Sales Tax. - Delivery:
1. Deliveries within other intrastate and interstate areas are subject to nominal freight charges which will be quoted at the time of placing your order. 2. The Company is not liable for any claims for non fulfillment or late delivery of goods or for any loss or damaged suffered by the customer arising from delay in delivery or a failure to deliver. The customer shall accept and pay for the goods notwithstanding late delivery. - Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions; 1. The cancellation is received before any goods that are specially ordered begin manufacture. If this is not the case, the purchaser will be responsible to take delivery for the goods and pay in full. If the purchaser should refuse to accept these goods, any deposits or monies paid will be forfeited by the purchaser, as there is no return on custom made goods. 2. Cancellation cannot occur on the day that goods are sent or already collected by the carrier. This is insufficient cancellation notice and the purchaser will be liable to take the goods. A cancellation fee will apply being a minimum of 25% of the purchase price for any goods incorrectly ordered with the additional transport costs incurred. Client will be issued a credit note of the balance of monies paid. - Return of Goods:
Goods being returned for credit must be arranged with Cappuccine Australia and is at the expense of the customer to return to the nominated address as instructed by Cappuccine Australia. All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and will only be accepted if returned in original condition with packaging, warranty cards and instruction manuals. - Used Equipment:
This may not be returned for credit. - Damaged Goods:
Notify Cappuccine Australia immediately should you receive any equipment which is faulty or damaged in any way. Please phone, fax or email listing your contact name, address, phone and invoice number. - The Warranty:
Commercial catering equipment sold by Cappuccine Australia Pty Ltd are brands of superior quality products, backed by genuine manufacturer/distributor’s service warranties and after-sale support. Details will be included with your product. If your product is faulty within the warranty period please contact the manufacturer's customer care line as provided with your product. Cappuccine Australia Pty Ltd will pass on to the purchaser any warranties given by the manufacturer in relation to a particular item. Cappuccine Australia Pty Ltd liability to purchasers will be limited to the applicable warranty terms as set out by the manufacturer's. Not all warranties are on-site. Smaller items have a back-to-base repair warranty with the purchaser to pay for any freight charges. Please read carefully when purchasing items. Further enquires should be directed to Cappuccine Australia on 02- 833 88388 or info@cappuccine.com.au The Warranty DOES NOT COVER ANY PERISHABLE PRODUCTS lost due to the fault of any item sold by Cappuccine Australia Pty Ltd . If an item is out of warranty then the customer is liable to pay any further charges incurred after the date of expiration. Warranty can be voided if customers tamper, alter or have another 3rd party repair any faults that may occur during the period of warranty without prior written approval from the manufacturer. This being the case, the customer will be fully responsible for the item once the warranty is voided. - Insurance:
Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. If insurance is required please notify Cappucccine Australia before shipping so that a quotation may be arranged.
